Can anybody help me with developing telekinesis

Hello,


So I need help with my telekinesis issue because I seem to be stuck and I think I'm doing something wrong. I'm highly sensitive to energy and I manipulate energy all the time, and i can move my psi wheel quite well except when i fold a piece of paper and then I set it up on its end, I cant knock it down and I've tried over and over. I know I probably need more practice but I was wondering if anybody knew any techniques or any suggestions on what I can do to get better results.
